University of Hradec Kralove (UHK) won 3 new projects supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TA CR)

Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TA CR) announced results of the second public tender "Program ETA for support of Applied Research, Experimental Development and Innovations in Social Science and Humanities" that was made public on May 9, 2018. And University of Hradec Kralove scored yet again.

"We are delighted that we won the projects, we will deal with 7 projects supported within ETA program in total at UHK. We will newly obtain one project as the main applicant and we will take part in two more projects as the other applicant in this second round of public tender" Mgr. Leona Stašová, Ph. D., Vice-rector for Creative Activities at UHK commended the announcement of results.

University of Hradec Kralove succeeded with the project Efficient Management of Knowledge Transfer as the main applicant. UHK will cooperate with companies Open-IT cz, s.r.o. and Vodní zdroje Chrudim, spol. s r.o. in the project Reduction of the Negative Impacts of Tourism on Ecosystems through the Intelligent Software Guide.  Last but not least UHK will get involved in the solving of the project Changes in the Facilities of the Provincial Municipalities, such as Basic Services and their Effect on the Population together with Sociological Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences.

There were 362 project proposals registered to the public tender in total. 137 projects will be supported by TA CR, that is 38% success rate. The University of Hradec Kralove met this rate by winning 3 projects out of 8 registered projects.
