Here is the general information on application forms and a list of up-to-date documents.
Application Forms are available for download below or on request at study@uhk.cz, please state what program is of interest to you.

In general, applicants shall submit:
- an application form;
- evidence of previous education (diploma & transcript) superlegalized and compared to the Czech education system;
- a confirmation of the language competency to study in English;
- a motivation letter;
- others according to the degree and specialization of a program.
