Mixed Choir
Mixed Choir of the University of Hradec Králové works under the Department of Music of the Faculty of Education. Its director is Mgr. Jiří Skopal, PhD.
The choir's members change every two years. In order to fulfil the needs of student conductors, the repertoire is very diverse. The choir performs mainly in Hradec Králové and at international festivals, for example at Arte Viva Jilemnice or at Festival of amateur choirs in Svitavy.
The choir is also opened for experienced singers from other higher educational institutions in Hradec Králové and for alumni from programmes focused on music. As of this moment, the choir has sixty members.
