Science and Knowledge Transfer Office

The activities of the Science and Knowledge Transfer Office are led by the Vice-Rector for Science, Research and Knowledge Transfer. The Office organises and coordinates activities related to the agenda of creative activity and knowledge transfer at the UHK. It provides project support for research and development. It coordinates activities related to intellectual property protection and the commercialisation of results. In cooperation with the faculties, the Office administers the procedures relating to granting associate professorship and appointment as professor. It takes care of the administrative agenda of the UHK Research Board, the Commercialisation Board, and the meetings of the Research Ethics Committee.

The Science and Knowledge Transfer Office administers and consults on the Grants and Projects Information System (IS GaP). The Office coordinates the Competition for Postdoctoral Positions at the University of Hradec Králové to strengthen the existing research teams and develop new ones.
