UHK Halls of Residence Gym
The gym was established in order to expand the sports environment in the University premises and the range of student activities. It serves for the physical development and cultivation of the body of students and UHK employees, at the same time the goal was to create a pleasant environment for active relaxation. The gym belongs to the UHK Halls of Residence and students take part in its operation.

The gym includes three rooms for training, changing rooms, a bar and a washroom with showers. For exercise, the gym offers a cardio zone with exercise machines, an AirBike and a jogging belt; functional zone with a punching bag, ladders and borrowable equipment. The machine room provides space for basic exercises with different variations, using axes, weights, dumbbells and other equipment in the room.

To enter the gym, you need to have a paid subscription fee (for one semester) and a reserved date in the reenio system - see below.
Access to gym
The gym is located in the premises of the UHK Halls of Residence. You can enter the gym through the back entrance of block F using an ISIC card/student card/employee card.
The door system only admits subscribers with a reservation at a given hour. Transportation method.
Reservation system
Before entering the gym, you must first register in the reenio system using school/ employee e-mail (uhk.cz domain) and then log in.
After logging in, you may to enter reservations freely. Each day is divided into several periods - each period is set to 2 hours and has a capacity of 10 people.
Authorised visitors
The gym can be visited by students of UHK. The visit is conditioned by the payment of a one-semester fee and acquaintance with the Operating Rules. The fee is CZK 600.00 per semester (for winter semester: September - January, summer semester: February - June, the summer holidays will have a special regime set for the given academic year).
The fee is paid at the reception of UHK University Dormitories in cash or by card and is registered in the ISKAM system. In case of violation of the Operating Rules or another event that will be evaluated as undesirable, the subscription will be forfeited without the right to compensation and the person will not be allowed to enter the gym.
General rules
Indoor shoes are allowed in the gym only, suitable sportswear is recommended and for hygienic reasons it is necessary to bring a towel. Decent behaviour according to general rules, respect for other visitors to the premises and observance to safety measures are expected and required. It is mandatory to follow the instructions and Operating Rules; training is allowed only with equipment which operation you are familiar with. Always return all equipment to its original place.
