Payment Information

The administration associated with the provision of accommodation services is processed in the ISKaM Information System. Every student has his/her account set up in this system, through which all payments for accommodation are made. Students can track the movement of all their accommodation payments, give consent to the direct debit payments at the above website. Students can pay for accommodation in the following ways:

By transfer or deposit to the halls of residence’s account

• Account number: 78-2733582/0800
• Variable symbol (VS): it is a unique number generated for each student in the ISKaM system (the number can be found in the ISKaM system web interface, ACCOUNT / BASIC DATA option, number format: 2220000xxx)
• Constant symbol – 0558
• Providing the correct variable symbol is a condition for assigning a payment to the client

Direct debit payment from the account – only payments for accommodation

• It is necessary to arrange a direct debit payment authorization at the client's account in favour of the University Halls of Residence account (it is necessary to enter a sufficient direct debit payment authorization, we recommend a maximum of CZK 3,900 according to your chosen accommodation standard)
• The client will enter the account number, on which the direct debit payment authorization is established, in his/her personal card in ISKaM

Payment by credit card

• Payment at the reception desk
• Credit cards EC/MC, MAESTRO, VISA are accepted

By cash payment

• Only at the reception desk
• We only accept currency in CZK
• Withdrawal from the account is only possible at the end of accommodation
