The main mission of the HR department is therefore to create a pleasant working environment for UHK employees. We focus on simplifying and streamlining the recruitment of new colleagues and on making their subsequent onboarding easier.

In December 2021, UHK proudly received the prestigious HR Award. This award is granted by the European Commission to research institutions implementing a strategy aimed at aligning the university as closely as possible with European standards set out in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
