Application for Ordering and Managing SIM Cards

The program is intended for all UHK employees and allows one or more phone numbers to be included under UHK's shared contract with advantageous tariffs. Employees can request a new phone number or transfer an existing number from any mobile operator in the Czech Republic.

An employee in a primary or concurrent employment relationship with a total workload of 0.75 or higher may request the inclusion of up to 4 phone numbers. An employee with a lower workload may request the inclusion of 1 phone number.
