Study Affairs and Lifelong Learning Office

Study Affairs and Lifelong Learning Office reports to the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Cooperation with Practice. In ensuring the agenda connected with the accreditation of study programmes at UHK, the office cooperates in particular with the Vice-Deans for study agenda and National Accreditation Bureau. In connection with student appeals, the office collaborates mainly with the staff of study departments of faculties. In the area of ​​Lifelong Learning, the office cooperates primarily with the faculty staff responsible for this area at the given faculty. In the area of ​​the so-called Internal University, the office cooperates with other rectorate workplaces or colleagues (HR manager, project department, Archive, etc.).

The main activities of the office include in particular:

• administration associated with the accreditation of study programmes at UHK,
• agenda related to decision-making in student appeal proceedings and study legislation,
• coordination of the Partner School project at UHK,
• cooperation on the implementation of UHK's strategic plans and projects in the area of ​​Lifelong Learning,
• provision of methodological assistance to faculty workplaces related to the new Lifelong Learning web portal, i.e. a platform where the offer of programmes/courses of Lifelong Learning across UHK is uniformly presented, including cooperation in the field of website functionality and ensuring its integration with existing university systems,
• administration of the Lifelong Learning web portal in the area of ​​courses for employees provided by the rectorate offices.
