The interdisciplinary cooperation of the project partners will be established. The following application spheres will be accessible: 1. The interactive library of key processes of hotel companies and other tourism organizations, 2. A process simulator simulating the key hotel processes and presenting the impact which the settings have on the hotel's performance. These key project outputs will be implemented in practice by the project´s partners - the Bookassist Czech Republic and the Vysoká škola hotelová (which will create the methodology for implementing the process management).
