I am a graduate of Palacký University, with degrees in Law and Legal Science and also in Andragogy with a specialization in personnel management.
Currently, I work at the University of Hradec Králové and the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic, where I am involved in the mediation agenda.
In the past, I worked for several years in a general practice law firm and also focused on primary prevention at elementary and secondary schools. I have completed training in transformative and facilitative mediation.
I accept the position of ombudsperson with great humility and an awareness of the great responsibility towards employees and students. To help and contribute to cultivating the university environment, I need to learn about the problems, so do not hesitate to visit or contact me.
