Requests for accommodation in the academic year 2025/2026 – Round II
Applications for accommodation for the academic year 2025/2026 – Round II are accepted from 11/07/2025 – 7/08/2025 (future first-grade students, current students and students from other universities)
Result Announcement: on August 11, 2025, by 1 p.m. at the latest (in the ISKAM system).
Procedure for applications approved in round II:
- First, make a reservation of your boarding day and time at the Halls of Residence in the reservation system of UHK
- Now log in to the ISKAM system (https://ubytovani.uhk.cz/) and make a bed reservation in "Accommodation Request" (in the drop-down menu of the calendar, select "From" the same day as you reserved the boarding day at the Halls of Residence, and for " To" choose the expected date of your departure).
Please make your September 2025 Rent payment before arriving to the Halls of Residence, either online through a payment gateway (https://ubytovani.uhk.cz, menu “Account” – “Accounts”) or by a bank order.

To be accommodated at the UHK University Halls of Residence, a student must have an ISIC card (issued by UHK) or a student ID card. This document will be activated upon check-in to enter the UHK Halls of Residence. Information about the issuance of the ISIC card or student ID card is provided by the UHK Service Center. The UHK Service Center accepts applications for the timely issuance of an ISIC card by July 31, 2025.
