Job description:

  • Collaboration on experimental development of interesting and socially necessary applications in the fields of sustainable tourism, digital equality, or automation
  • Used technologies involve Python, web frameworks (Django, Py4web), scientific libraries (NumPy, Pandas), PostgreSQL (+ PostGIS), Linux, Docker
  • Agile development combining home office with regular team meetings

 We require:

  • English communication skills
  • Experience in Python development and principles of web service
  • Deeper knowledge of other relevant technologies is an advantage
  • Experience in data science, artificial intelligence, GIS, statistics, or modeling is an advantage
  • University education in relevant fields is an advantage

Frontend Flutter Developer

Job description:

Job description:

  • Interpretation of SEM (scanning electron microscope) micrograms of biological samples
  • Participation in the design of experiments involving SEM, optical fluorescence microscope, and computerized processing of the results
  • Participation in samples preparation

  • Experience in SEM technology or a deeper knowledge of viral activity at the cellular level is an advantage

Scanning Electron Microscopy Technician

Job description:

  • Performing experiments on biological samples using SEM (scanning electron microscope)
  • Sample preparation (specimen fixation, sputtering, etc.)
  • Participation in the design of experiments involving SEM and computerized processing of the results
  • Participation in the interpretation of results

We require:

  • English communication skills
  • Experience in SEM technology required
  • Experience in microbiology research including interpretation of results or a deeper knowledge of viral activity at the cellular level is an advantage
  • University education in relevant fields is an advantage
  • Basic Czech is an advantage
