Marek Eben, a Czech well respected host, actor and composer, received an honorary doctorate. He received the degree for his outstanding performance in the Czech Language and lifelong moral credit. Proposal for his honorary doctorate nomination was made the Dean of the Faculty of Education. Nomination was confirmed by the UHK Scientific Board.
