In the attachments you find the application documents:
For Erasmus+ and ICM students (studies or traineeship): Erasmus+ student application and housing form, Learning agreement.
For non-Erasmus+, exchange students: Exchange student application and housing form, Exchange study programme proposal-for non-Erasmus+, exchange students.
For all incoming students: UHK student card application.
All students intended for studies shall read through course offer and course catalogue (both faculty and university) and to set up their study plan accordingly.
