 Josef Diblík

PhDr. Josef Diblík

Josef has been involved in corporate finance his entire career, ranging from the day-to-day management of the finance department to strategic projects such as selling a company, opening new businesses or dealing with crisis situations.

He has worked on both sides of the "negotiating table" - first as a banker and then as CFO. In his banking career, he has gained experience both in financing (from small start-ups to international conglomerates) and in dealing with difficult situations when financing rapid expansion or, on the contrary, in a deep crisis. He also got directly into practical financial management as CFO in a manufacturing company that grew at double-digit rates for several years in a row.

Joseph's strengths are his extensive experience, which he uses for change projects with clients who are looking for best practices in money and risk management and want to get a customized solution. His goal is to make the flow of money easier, faster and more transparent, building systems with clear rules so that everyone knows their place, their role and their responsibilities, so that finance supports rather than hinders the business.

In his practice, Josef has already implemented dozens of successful projects, mainly process changes in corporate finance, operational finance or investments and sales of companies.
