Memberships in associations

Faculty of Education has been a member of the COMENIUS ASSOCIATION/L´ASSOCIATION COMENIUS, since 2011.

The organization was founded in 1993 in Belgium, and now it has joined more than 30 HEI institutions from 18 European countries.

The main mission of organization is a development of intercultural aspects of education of future teachers all around Europe. Participating organizations are higher education institutions major in education (faculties of education, pedagogical institutes) which exchange their experience, teaching methods, methodology and educational approaches.The aim is to intensify and deepen the international cooperation among members.

Within the organization, HEIs participate in various projects, exchange their students and academic staff (international weeks, mobilities).

Faculty of Education was a coordinator of IP Erasmus project: "From exercising to exploring" in 2013.
