On-Site Presence of Full-Time Doctoral Students at FIM (declaration of presence)
ACTIVITY OF FULL-TIME DOCTORAL STUDENTS AT FIM – DECLARATION OF PRESENCE
In accordance with the directive of the Dean of FIM, full-time doctoral students are required to declare at the beginning of each semester the days and times they are physically present at the faculty (days of the week and time). The minimum requirement is 20 hours per week, spread over at least 3 days. Time spent teaching at FIM is included in this 20-hour requirement.
The signed declaration must be submitted in physical form to the Administrative Assistant of the relevant department (the one the doctoral student's supervisor belongs to) and in electronic form (a scan including signatures) via email to the Study Department: eva.pospichalova.2@uhk.cz
The declaration must be completed using the designated form.
Deadlines for submitting the completed and signed form in the academic year 2024/2025:

for the winter semester – by September 16, 2024
