Supporting Green Skills and Sustainability at UHK NPO_UHK_MSMT-2121/2024-4
The project focuses on supporting green skills and sustainability at universities by creating a newly accredited study program, new/innovated subjects, a lifelong learning course, a sustainability and green transformation strategy, and establishing strategic partnerships.

CZ.02.01.01/00/22_012/0007388 Development of the Environment for Doctoral Studies (PhD Infra)
The project is focused on modernizing the infrastructure of doctoral programs. The subject of the project is modernization within all parts of the university, i.e. a total of four faculties.

CZ.02.02.XX/00/23_022/000900 The Future of Education
The project focuses on strengthening the professional competencies of staff under the umbrella of establishing the Center for Professional Competences at UHK, which will provide training and support for the institution's staff at the central level. The project also includes support for peer exchange of experience, measures to reduce study failure, provision of advice for students and support for entrepreneurship and business skills. Other project activities focus on the strategic management of the institution, internationalization of studies and support for those interested in studying.

NPO SC A Capacity Development and Adaptation to New Forms of Learning at UHK NPO_UHK_MSMT‐16601/2022
SC_A1 – Digitalization of Educational Activities and Study Agendas
The subject of the project is the development of digitalization of education through modernization, innovation and strengthening of the capacity and security of the computing infrastructure necessary for ensuring digital forms of education and the subsequent strengthening and development of capacities for ensuring distance and blended learning.

SC_A2 – Development in the Field of Distance Learning, Online Learning and Blended Learning
The project addresses the provision and implementation of training for academic staff. This training will be focused on adopting best practices and recommended procedures in digital forms of teaching, gaining experience, and developing the pedagogical and psychological skills of academic staff for working with various target groups during distance learning, online learning, and blended learning. This will include innovations in existing digital materials or the creation of new ones, which will be part of the study support in the e-learning system.

SC_A4 – Courses Focused on Upskilling or Reskilling
The project aims to create new lifelong learning courses oriented to the profession's performance and focused on expanding skills (upskilling). A course will be made for computer science teachers in primary/secondary schools and ICT coordinators in schools.

The project aims to create and introduce a bachelor's academic degree program oriented towards modern approaches to information and network security, with a focus on technical and procedural measures to increase society's cybersecurity.

The key areas include developing and enhancing the quality of educational activities, including the expertise of teachers, ensuring appropriate conditions for students with specific needs, and creating a transparent and well-defined quality assessment system, including the strategic management. The project aims to provide the necessary equipment for these key activities.

The project focuses on improving the quality of the study environment through the modernization and completion of the University of Hradec Králové (UHK) equipment in the cross-sectional areas. The project's main objective is to modernize equipment in the library and teaching areas (including language and computer classrooms) that are used across the curricula, have a direct impact on students, and are directly linked to UHK teaching.
