Departments & Units
The faculty is divided into the dean's office, departments, and other units.
The Dean's office being the administrative and managerial unit of FIM UHK responsible for the overall operation of the faculty.
The departments are the main units. A department is established to ensure the teaching of a group of subjects, with its main tasks including:
- Professional preparation of students,
- Development of scientific activities within the department's scope,
- Creation of study materials,
- Applied research,
- Preparation and implementation of lifelong learning programs,
- Care for scientific and professional activities of students.
FIM consists of the following departments:
- Department of Applied Linguistics
- Department of Economics
- Department of Information Technologies (
- Department of Informatics and Quantitative Methods
- Department of Management
- Department of Recreology and Tourism
Within the faculty, there are additional units established to meet administrative, operational, or service needs:
- Center for Academic-Industrial Cooperation
- Center for Basic and Applied Research
- International Office
- Institute of Further Education (IDV FIM)
- Institute of Modern Information Technologies
- Study Department
