MISS4Health Partners Meet in Hradec Králové to Advance Soft Skills Education in Healthcare
On 15th and 16th June 2026, partners of the Erasmus+ project MISS4Health (Micro-credentials in Soft Skills for Healthcare Professionals and Students) gathered in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, for a transnational project meeting hosted by the University of Hradec Králové and the Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Králové of Charles University.
Representatives from all consortium partners met to review the project progress and coordinate the next stages of implementation. The meeting focused on finalizing learning outcomes and educational objectives, reviewing the micro-credential framework, and advancing the development of interactive learning scenarios designed to strengthen essential soft skills in healthcare education.
A significant part of the programme was dedicated to scenario-based learning. Partners reviewed existing scenarios, discussed improvements, and explored new ideas reflecting real-life healthcare situations. The consortium also worked on integrating these learning activities into the Moodle platform to ensure an engaging and effective learning experience for healthcare students and professionals.
The second day focused on project management, quality assurance, and validation activities. Partners reviewed key performance indicators, discussed project reporting requirements, and planned the next phase of beta testing involving medical students. These validation activities will provide valuable feedback for the final refinement of the educational materials.
The meeting also included a review of dissemination activities and planning of future communication efforts to maximize the impact and visibility of project results across Europe.
Beyond the working sessions, participants had the opportunity to strengthen cooperation through networking activities and cultural experiences in Hradec Králové. The meeting confirmed the consortium shared commitment to developing innovative educational resources that support communication, teamwork, leadership, situational awareness, and decision-making skills among healthcare professionals and students.
