    Social Work Students will be able to learn in English

    Six European universities in the framework of the international project "Cross-European Blended Learning of Part-time Students" have agreed to create a joint training course entitled "Social work in an international context".

    The idea that the project was a joint meeting of representatives of educators SP in Berlin in November 2012. Since then, regular mutual communication profiled idea of ​​greater involvement of students combined studies in information exchange and mobility. At the end of 2013 this idea formed the University of Petrosani (Romania), a project called Cross-European Blended Learning of Part-time Students, which was subsequently endorsed by the European Association of the Schools of Social Work, based in Brussels, the amount of € 6,000. The project involves six universities:
    - University of Petrosani, Romania, Faculty of Sciences, Social Work Specialization
    - University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Work
    - ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon, School of Sociology and Public Policy
    - University of Jyväskylä, Kokkola University Consortium Chydenius
    - Faculty of Social Technologies, Mykolas Romeris University
    - University of Hradec Kralove, Department of Social Work

    All schools in the creation of a joint project participated via videoconference and written comments. UHK for the creation and implementation of the project involved Mgr. Jan Hloušek, Ph.D., who participated in regular videoconferences and actively involved with social work students combined study. In January 2015 helped students organize a student conference on the theme "The impact of globalization on the development of social work", of which 2 posts were selected for presentation at the international meeting of social work students in the Romanian Petrosani on 23 - 27. 2. 2015.


    In addition to presentations partners of the project agreed to create a joint international training course entitled "Social work in an international context". There are 6 new credit course for students in master's degree in combined form as well as students on Erasmus mobility +. The course is based on e-learning technology. The course will have six topics, each of which processes the other partner university. Teaching theme will ensure a recorded lecture 45-minute periods in English supplemented with PPT presentations, training materials and references and topical articles. At the end of the course will be held weekly meetings between teachers and students of the course in the period 20 to 23 4th 2016 in Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic.

    Each partner university course as an elective classified according to national rules into their teaching.

    IT for the course will provide the University of Jyvaskyla, Finland.

    Lessons begin in the summer semester 2016.

    Guarantee for the preparation and implementation of the training course per ÚSP UHK will have dr. Hloušek and incl. preparing and delivering a joint meeting of the project partners.
