Dear student, dear coordinator, welcome to the University of Hradec Kralove!
Philosophical Faculty, University of Hradec Králové, hosts every term about 70 students from our partner universities from Europe, Latin America, USA, Africa and Asia.
Academic year 2023/2024

Summer term starts on 5th February 2024, arrival possible from 31st January 2024.
Academic year 2024/2025
- Winter term starts in the second half of September 2024.
- Summer term starts at the start of February 2025.

Application deadline for winter term 2024/2025 is on 28th February 2024

All applications must be sent on time, no later applications will be accepted. The visa process is really long.
All students will apply via online application of the Philosophical Faculty. We would like to ask all the coordinators to fill in our table and send it together with a passport copy to tomas.hercik@uhk.cz on time to nominate the students. We will create their electronic nominations and students will fill in the online registration form and upload the documents asked for. We consider students nominated after their home university coordinator sends their data in the table and passport copy via e-mail.

All the students will be provided with a link to our web application after the nomination with a request to fill it in with their personal data and attach some important documents (passport photo, passport copy, transcript of records from home university and Study Plan with selected courses for winter semester 2024/2025 at the Philosophical Faculty)

You can find List of Courses for Academic Year 2023/2024 here . Preliminary List of Courses for 2024/2025 will be published at the start of February 2024. List of Courses of Philosophical Faculty will be regularly updated, changes are expected. All the nominated students will fill in their Study Plan (please, download the form here, select the courses from our list mentioned above and fill it in) and upload it via web application. We will send you the link for web application after your university nominates you. Please, follow UHK rules for course enrolment, you can find them in the course calatogue.
